Are your corals aquacultured or wild-collected?

Every single coral we sell is 100% aquacultured in our controlled grow facility. We never sell wild-harvested corals — period.

Is what I see really what I get?

Yes! We’re a WYSIWYG-only shop. What you see in the photo is the exact coral you’ll receive. No surprises, no stock photos.

When do you ship?

We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following week unless otherwise arranged.

What’s your live arrival guarantee?

All coral orders are covered by our DOA guarantee. If something arrives dead, send us a photo within 2 hours of delivery for store credit.

Do you offer local pickup?
